#7 I am ageless before I was born I exist I am unlimited in all directions inwardly and outwardly I will live life fully and not be afraid i will face my fears and move through them I will find timeless tranquility within my every day experience I will help others to see it silently by my actions and not my words my daily generosity is my poem. I am the still serenity in dimension the pure quiet perfection ever unfolding and coming into forms that dissolve and become something new I feel the oneness I am within the glowing light Speech is not necessary I am fulfilled and complete my life is an _expression of living kindness I realize myself through touching you I calm the irritations and the storms I am a peace maker. I believe in right and wrong I will speak out against the hatred the violence there is no justification for it. I am what is boundless within you the part of you that walks the stars I fall on my knees to the magnanimous abundance of the Universe. I am beautiful embracing being I am your life I live in you as the hope tomorrow will be better maybe even later today.
